The addition of a brand new eight-colour Allstein HYDRO press opens the door to new possibilities in terms of productivity and flexibility.

The new press achieves maximum productivity due to short set-up times and high printing speeds of up to 500m/min. No matter how demanding the challenges of the particular print job are.

The particularly short set-up times are made possible by the unique Allstein register and impression setting system, A RUN. In addition, the A CHANGE technology offers the possibility of setting up the press using spare print units at full production speed: Prepare the following job while the current one is being printed. This is how impressive job changeover times are achieved.

A solid design with 140mm steel side frames, the use of hydrostatic bearings as well as the proven ALLSTEIN block-on-block solution guarantee the best print quality in the market.

The press comes with multiple features such as hydraulic expansion elements for the carrier shaft, an inline slitting system, a fully automatic lift platform at the operator side of the print stand as well as a full plate mounting machine, just to state a few.

Allstein designed automatic shaftless turret style unwinding and rewinding systems that can fit paper reels up to a diameter of 1.3m and come equipped with integrated reel lifting tables ensure an operator friendly workflow of material around the machine.

The automatic turret and splicing function at full press speed enables a non-stop production without the need to slow down or stop the machine to load new paper reels and cores.
